⋆ Please allow at least 24 hours for appointment changes and cancellation. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before will be charged 50% of the service price. NO-SHOW appointments will be charged the full-service price (100%). Repeated cancellation or no-shows may require pre-payment before booking. Thank you for understanding.
⋆ Clients more than 15 minutes late may receive a shorter service to allow the esthetician to be on time for the next appointment, or the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
